I base my private practice on the understanding that given the right tools and environment, the client's body has the ability to restore balance and make appropriate change.

I am a 2007 graduate of the Ashland Institute of Massage, and have been trained in various types of bodywork, including Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, clinical massage, myofascial release, shiatsu, and craniosacral therapy. I integrate these techniques to meet the needs of the individual client.

In addition, I offer Mana Lomi ili'ili' (Hawaiian hot stone massage). I was trained in this tradition of massage at the Academy of Hawaiian Healing Arts.
